The units in this class are in the order in which you should complete them; the individual items in each section are also ordered mindfully. You are strongly encouraged to start at the top and work your way to the bottom, step-by-step, in the order everything is presented.

In each section, after working through the learning materials and completing the assessment, you will then see an "Applications" section. Here, you will be directed to complete activities at that moment or be given guidance on how what you just learned will be applied in upcoming sections.

The first part of the class provides you with a foundational understanding of key concepts and terms that you will then apply in the second half of the class. You might find yourself returning to previous sections or referencing your notes to review these concepts when it comes time to actively use them.
